Hillary joined the Irving Hughes team in early 2002 and provides support to the transactional team. Hillary's responsibilities include providing client support, drafting RFP's and proposals, financial analyses of relocation alternatives, needs assessment analyses, compiling market surveys and conducting general market research.

Hillary has been directly involved in lease transactions including Quantum Design, Novatel Wireless, Provide Commerce, DivX Networks, The Active Network, Lockton Insurance, AxessTel, Barrister Executive Suites, Enviance, Teel Palmer & Roeper, Contract Interiors, Kolodny & Pressman, XPrime and Inasoft Software.

Prior to joining Irving Hughes, Hillary worked as a Senior Research Analyst at CoStar Group, conducting commercial real estate market research on San Diego County.
